قبل ان اخبرك ما هو التمرين سوف اقول لك ان تمرين المرآه الصباحي هو تمرين بسيط للغاية وهذا لا يعني
بالضرورة انه تمرين غير مهم, ولكن كلمة بسيط في الاساس قد جائت من كلمة بسط مرادفها يسر,
فأعظم الامور تأتي من الاشياء البسيطة .
حسنا لن اطيل عليك وهيا نبدأ في التمرين
التمرين:
عند الاستيقاظ من النوم ابتسم من قلبك حتى تظهر الابتسامة وحدها على فمك وادهب لأقرب مرآة وقل لنفسك
“صباح الخير ايها الشخص الرائع” او ما يرادف هذه الجملة بطريقتك.
فوائد التمرين:
جميعنا نعلم ان العقل الباطن يعمل بشكل اكبر اثناء النوم, ولكن عندما نستيقظ يبدأ تدريجيا وبشكل سريع
بالرجوع للوضع الطبيعي ويبدأ العقل الواعي في النشاط,
ولكن الرائع انك تستطيع استغلال هذا الوقت الذي يكون فيه العقل اللاواعي لازال يعمل وترسل له اوامر
ومعلومات انك في افضل حال وتشعر بالسعادة ايضا وهو يراك تكلمه امام المرآه وهذا الوقت يكون
بعد الاسيقاظ مباشرة,
بعد ارسالك هذه المعلومات الى العقل الباطن يبدأ العقل الباطن بعمله في زيادة نشاطك اثناء اليوم
ومن خلال قانون الجذب يسهل عليك ملاحظة الفرص التي تساهم في تطورك في الحياة ويزيد نسبة الابداع
لديك وزيادة قدرتك على الانجاز في الحياة لأن العقل الباطن اداة عظيمة من الله وهو ينفذ ما تظهره له,
