Introduction/Objective:
Retraining the body to breathe deeply using the lungs and diaphragm, just as children do naturally, to maximize oxygen flow to the brain and soothe the nervous system.

Exercise Steps:
1. Place your hand gently on your abdomen.
2. Take a deep, slow breath in through your nose, making sure your abdomen expands and your hand rises (not your chest).
3. Hold your breath for a few seconds, then release a slow, controlled exhale through your mouth until your hand falls.
4. Dedicate 3 minutes daily to practicing this deep breathing, and observe your breath throughout the day.

Benefits:
– Instantly lowers anxiety and stress levels.
– Enhances focus, cognitive performance, and mental stamina.
– Improves lung capacity and oxygenates the bloodstream.
