Exercise Steps:
1. Pick a single spot on a wall or a blank sheet of paper.
2. Stare at this point for 90 seconds without moving your eyes or losing focus.
3. While focusing, visualize a detailed encounter with someone you deeply love or respect: imagine their clothes, the surroundings, and a pleasant conversation.
