Introduction/Objective:
A mental training exercise to measure and strengthen your emotional control when faced with external distractions and annoying noises.

Exercise Steps:
1. When faced with an annoying noise (traffic, construction, etc.), make a conscious decision not to react with anger.
2. Take a deep breath, focus your attention on the sound itself, and accept it as a natural part of the present moment without judging it.
3. Alternatively, play an annoying sound (like a buzzing insect) in the background for 15 to 30 minutes while working, training yourself to maintain focus on your task.

Benefits:
– Builds high resilience and patience under stress.
– Enhances concentration in noisy or chaotic environments.
– Eliminates irritability caused by minor daily distractions.
