Introduction/Objective:
A deep psychological exercise designed to bypass the conscious mind’s analytical filters and reveal hidden beliefs and programs stored in the subconscious.

Exercise Steps:
1. Grab a notebook and pen, and prepare to write quickly and spontaneously without overthinking or analyzing.
2. Write ‘My General Beliefs’ at the top of the first page, and ‘My Personal Beliefs’ at the top of the second.
3. On the first page, write the word ‘Life’ and instantly complete the sentence with the very first thought that pops up. Repeat this 10 times for key words like: (Life, People, Money).
4. On the second page, repeat the same technique for words relating to your personal circle, such as: (Family, Love, Friends).
5. Next to each sentence, place a symbol to classify its nature: negative (-), positive (+), or neutral (±).
6. Begin replacing negative beliefs with positive ones by researching successful role models and repeating their empowering beliefs throughout the week.

Benefits:
– Exposes deep-seated limiting beliefs holding back your financial and social progress.
– Re-aligns internal self-talk to fuel personal success.
– Increases self-worth and consciously redirects your reality.
